INTENDED USE
BetoBoost hardening accelerator for concretes and mortars is used in the preparation of all types of concretes and mortars based on Portland cement and its varieties in cases where rapid strength gain is required.
ADMIXTURE PROPERTIES
USAGE
The admixture must be introduced as a working concentration solution together with the mixing water.
To enhance the effect, it is recommended to use the admixture in combination with BETOPLAST SM, BETOPLAST SB, or BETOPLAST LUX plasticizers.
ADMIXTURE DOSAGE
THIS INFORMATION IS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES. PRODUCT TESTING UNDER PRODUCTION CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED FOR ADMIXTURE IMPLEMENTATION.
ADMIXTURE PROPERTIES
- The admixture is used in the preparation of all types of concretes and mortars in cases where rapid strength gain is required.
- Reduction of the time required to achieve shipping (stripping) strength.
- Reduction of energy costs for heating products during winter concreting.
- Increase in formwork turnover.
- The admixture does not reduce the pot life of the mix.
- The admixture contains no chlorides, is suitable for use in reinforced and prestressed structures, and does not induce reinforcement corrosion.
USAGE
The admixture must be introduced as a working concentration solution together with the mixing water.
To enhance the effect, it is recommended to use the admixture in combination with BETOPLAST SM, BETOPLAST SB, or BETOPLAST LUX plasticizers.
ADMIXTURE DOSAGE
- The recommended dosage of BETOBOOST is 0.2–1.0 % by weight of cement in liquid form.
- The dosage depends on the concrete mix design, product type, and structural features of the component.

- The admixture may be stored in enclosed premises down to -15 °C in hermetically sealed containers.
- The admixture must be protected from direct sunlight, heating above 50 °C, and freezing.
- The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
- The admixture is a non-flammable liquid.
