PROPERTIES OF THE ADDITIVE
- The admixture accelerates the hardening of concretes and mortars.
- It is used in the preparation of all types of concrete and mortar based on Portland cement and its varieties when rapid strength gain is required.
- Reduces the time required to reach release (formwork removal) strength.
- Reduces energy consumption for heating components during winter concreting.
- Increases formwork turnover.
- The admixture is chloride-free and can be used in reinforced and prestressed structures; it does not cause reinforcement corrosion.
- The additive does not reduce the pot life of the mixture.
The additive should be used with caution when concreting massive structures.
DOSING THE ADDITIVE
- The recommended dosage of the BETOBUST admixture is 0.2–1.0% of the cement mass (in liquid form). The admixture must be added together with the mixing water.
- To enhance the effect, it is recommended to use the additive in conjunction with BETOPLAST-SM, BETOPLAST-SB, or BETOPLAST LUX plasticizers.
The dosage depends on the concrete mix composition, the type of products, and the specific characteristics of the structure being built (please consult our specialists).

- Shelf life — 24 months from the date of manufacture.
- The admixture should be protected from direct sunlight, temperatures above 50°C, and freezing.
- The additive is a non-flammable liquid.
