PROPERTIES OF THE ADDITIVE
- BETOFORM 90 is an effective hardening accelerator that increases the rate of concrete strength development during the early stages of hardening.
- It can be used in the production of concrete paving slabs, concrete kerbstones, hollow-core slabs, concrete wall blocks, and other products made from Portland cement-based concrete and mortar mixes.
- BETOFORM 90 is chloride-free and does not cause reinforcement corrosion.
- The admixture is suitable for use in reinforced and prestressed structures.
USE OF THE ADDITIVE
- Improvements in the dimensional stability of molded products.
- Preventing the punch from sticking to the surface of the molded products.
- Reduction of the time required for concrete to reach formwork-stripping strength.
- Optimizing the water-cement ratio of the concrete mix without compromising workability.
- Increasing the density and strength of the products.
- Upgrading the surface quality category of concrete products.
- Reduction of time and costs in the vibro-pressing of products, and increased labor productivity.
- Reduction of the time required for concrete to reach release strength.
DOSING THE ADDITIVE
The recommended dosage of the BETOFORM 90 admixture is 0.2–1.0% of the cement mass (in liquid form). The admixture should be added together with the mixing water.
When BETOFORM 90 is used in colored concrete and mortar mixes, the color intensity of the finished products is enhanced.
The dosage depends on the concrete mix composition, the type of products, and the specific characteristics of the structure being built (please consult our specialists).

In terms of its effect on the human body, the BETOFORM 90 additive is classified as a low-hazard substance (Hazard Class IV according to GOST 12.1.007-86).
When handling the product, it is necessary to observe health and safety requirements and use personal protective equipment to prevent direct contact with the skin and eyes.
Do not drink, eat, or smoke while working with the additive.
PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE
The liquid additive is dispensed in bulk into the customer's clean plastic or metal containers of various capacities.
The additive is transported by any mode of transport in accordance with cargo transportation regulations.
The additive is stored in enclosed spaces at above-freezing temperatures in hermetically sealed containers.
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
The additive should be protected from direct sunlight, temperatures above 50°C, and freezing.
The additive is a non-flammable liquid.
