BETOFROST H25

Group I complex antifreeze admixture and Group I plasticizer for concrete and mortar

The admixture is manufactured in accordance with TU 191604636.004-2012 in dry powder form or as a 35% concentration solution.

The admixture is intended for the production of lightweight and heavyweight concrete at ambient temperatures down to -25°C.

ADMIXTURE PROPERTIES
The construction of monolithic and precast-monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures and buildings. The manufacture of precast concrete and reinforced concrete products at construction sites and casting yards.

APPLICATION
BETOFROST H25 is used in the construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures, the manufacture of precast products at casting yards and construction sites, and for the preparation of mortars in the temperature range from 0°C to -15°C.
When preparing concrete mixes during the winter period, the requirements of SNiP 3.03.01-87 must be followed.

ADMIXTURE PROPERTIES
The admixture does not contain chlorides and can be used in reinforced and prestressed structures; it does not cause corrosion of reinforcement or concrete.
BETOFROST H25 does not reduce the pot life of the mix, does not change the color, and does not create efflorescence on the concrete surface.
USAGE
Using BETOFROST H25 reduces the initial amount of mixing water by 10–20%.
The use of this admixture is not permitted in reinforced concrete structures using reinforcement steel classes A600, A800, At600(C,K), and At800.
The admixture is most effective when introduced together with the mixing water.

DOSAGE
The recommended dosage of BETOFROST H25 is 1.0–5.0% of the cement weight, calculated as dry matter.
The dosage depends on the predicted minimum ambient temperature and the required workability of the concrete mix.
Dosage may vary depending on cement consumption, water-cement ratio, and concrete curing conditions.

* – Dosage is specified for an average heavy concrete mix with a cement consumption of 400 kg/m³ and a water-cement ratio of 0.4. Admixture concentration – 35%.

The admixture does not contain chlorides, can be used in reinforced and prestressed structures, and does not cause reinforcement corrosion.

The dosage depends on the concrete mix design, product type, and specific structural features (Consult with our specialists).

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

The admixture is classified as a low-hazard substance (Hazard Class IV according to GOST 12.1.007-86) in terms of its effect on the human body.

When working with the product, it is necessary to comply with sanitary and hygienic requirements and use personal protective equipment to prevent direct contact with skin and eyes.

Do not eat, drink, or smoke while working with the admixture.
