BETOPLAST LS

Admixture for concrete based on polymer compositions

Group I plasticizer for concrete and mortar mixes. The admixture is intended for ready-mix, precast, and monolithic concrete, reinforced concrete, and mortars.

BETOPLAST LS ADMIXTURE IS INTENDED FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF MEDIUM-STRENGTH PRECAST STRUCTURES AND THE PREPARATION OF READY-MIX CONCRETE CLASSES FROM C12/15 TO C30/35.

APPLICATION OF THE ADMIXTURE

• BETOPLAST LS admixture is used for the production of all types of Portland cement-based concretes.
• The admixture prevents segregation of concrete mixes even at high workability levels.
• BETOPLAST LS admixture is intended for the manufacture of medium-strength precast structures and the preparation of ready-mix concrete classes from C12/15 TO C30/35.

ADMIXTURE DOSAGE

• The recommended dosage of BETOPLAST LS is 0.6–1.2 % of liquid admixture by weight of cement.
• The dosage depends on the concrete mix design, required workability, structural features of the component, and application objectives.

ADMIXTURE PREPARATION

1. The use of BETOPLAST LS admixture allows for either increasing the workability of the concrete mix, reducing the amount of mixing water by 15 % from the initial value while increasing the final strength of the products, or reducing the binder consumption by up to 10 %.
2. The admixture contains no chlorides, is suitable for use in reinforced and prestressed structures, and does not induce reinforcement corrosion.
