USE OF THE ADDITIVE
- The use of a priming mix creates a film on the inner surface of the concrete pipeline, facilitating the pumping of the initial batch of concrete mix.
- A priming mix significantly reduces the cost of starting up the concrete pump and cuts the labor required to pump the initial batch of concrete.
- The priming mixture does not cause corrosion of the concrete pump's metal parts. It has no adverse effect on the concrete mix being pumped.
- Appearance — a homogeneous white powder free from foreign matter.
DOSING THE ADDITIVE
- The starter mixture is diluted in water at a ratio of 1:100.
- Starting the pump requires 20 to 40 liters of solution (1 liter of solution per 1–1.5 meters of concrete pipeline).
- The priming mixture is produced in dry form in 250 g polyethylene bags.
PREPARATION FOR USE
Prepare the solution as follows:
- The dry mixture is added to the water in the calculated ratio.
- The mixture is thoroughly mixed using a mixer or by hand.
- After mixing, let the solution stand for 5 minutes.

- The prepared mixture is poured into the concrete pump's receiving hopper and pumped through the concrete delivery line.
- After being pumped through, the mixture lubricates the internal surfaces of the concrete pump and the concrete delivery line, facilitating the pumping of the first batch of concrete.

- The mixture is stored in enclosed spaces at temperatures above freezing, in hermetically sealed packaging.
- Shelf life — 24 months from the date of manufacture.
- The mixture should be protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat above 50°C.
- The product is a non-flammable material.
