PRIMER MIX

Primer mix for concrete pumps and pipelines during concrete delivery

The admixture is designed to lubricate the internal surfaces of the concrete pipeline during the startup of a concrete pump.
Appearance: Uniform white powder without foreign inclusions.

ADMIXTURE PROPERTIES
The use of the primer mix creates a film on the internal surface of the pipeline, facilitating the pumping of the first batch of concrete.
It has no negative impact on the concrete mix being pumped.
The primer mix significantly reduces the cost of starting the concrete pump and decreases labor costs for pumping the initial batch of concrete.

APPLICATION
The admixture must be introduced as a working concentration solution along with the mixing water.
When using the BETOFORM 10 admixture in colored concrete and mortar mixes, the color brightness of the products is increased.

DOSAGE AND MIXING

1. Add the dry mix to water in the calculated ratio.
2. Mix the solution thoroughly using a mixer or manually.
3. Allow the solution to settle for 5 minutes after mixing.
4. Ensure the solution is uniform before use.
5. Pour the prepared solution into the hopper of the concrete pump and pump it through the pipeline.
6. After pumping, the mixture lubricates the internal surfaces of the pump and pipeline, facilitating the passage of the first batch of concrete.
